Delivery:
As soon as we receive your order an email will be send to let you know the dispatch
date. Goods in stock will be dispatched immediately and normally take 2-3 working
days. If you have not received the goods by 5 days from dispatch, please contact
us on: +44 (0)1795 842810 or send an email
info@gkceramics.co.uk.
Refund policy:
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from GK Ceramics.
So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return
it within 16 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging. We will exchange
it or offer you a full refund. Please obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'.
We reserve the right to make changes to our product range, designs and prices.
Shipping
The costs for postage and packing are flat rates per order for deliveries within the United Kingdom (Mainland) and will be added to the sub-total of the shopping cart. Unfortunately we are unable to send goods outside of the UK.
