Delivery:
As soon as we receive your order an email will be send to let you know the
dispatch date. Goods in stock will be dispatched immediately and normally
take 2-3 working days. If you have not received the goods by 5 days from

Refund policy:
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from GK
Ceramics. So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your
purchase, simply return it within 16 days of receipt, unused and in its
original packaging. We will exchange it or offer you a full refund. Please
obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'.
