I am Geraldine Cockell, the proprietor of GK Ceramics.
Originally from London, I moved to Kent when I started college
in 1982.
I studied ceramics at Medway College of Design in Rochester,
now known as KIAD (Kent Institute of Art and Design). After 2
years I gained a DATEC National Diploma, continuing for a
further 2 years, to gain a Higher Nat Dip (HND), after which I
went straight into self-employment and have been established
since 1986.
